Since graduating from the Fashion Department of Antwerp's Royal Academy of Fine Art, Bruno has created collections to critical acclaim and shown them regularly at Paris Fashion Week. He is described as a constructionist, experimenting in his collections with technique, shape, and proportions. Currently Bruno Pieters is the creative director for Hugo Boss's most avant-garde line, Hugo. For this project, Bruno wanted to inject new elements to the standard white t-shirt while retaining the original aesthetics. He utilized his signature forte of layering organza to give the white t-shirt a new texture and structure.
