Clara Kraetsch and Doreen Schulz began collaborating during their studies at Kunsthochschule Berlin Weißensee. In 2005 they were awarded grand prize at the Hyères Festival and have continued to gain international attention for their colorful and innovative designs. Their current studio is a modified kindergarten in East Berlin, where they work with a collective of other artists and writers. For the project, c.neeon disassembled multiple white t-shirts and refashioned them into a playsuit characterized by an embroidered green design that adds complexity and texture. The end result is an elegant piece that displays c.neeon's strength in reconstruction.
