Jean//Phillip is one of Copenhagen's most forward and progressive labels. Motivated to "wake up" Copenhagen to new elements of fashion, Jean introduces unconventional materials and shapes to challenge the boundaries imposed by fashion norms on gender and sexuality. In keeping with his provocative style, Jean covered the interior back of a white t-shirt with sequins for Project White T-Shirt, leaving its basic form and ambiguity of gender intact while surprising viewers who may glimpse them if the wearer unzips the sides and flips up the back.
