After graduating from Central Saint Martins in 1999, Siv Støldal launched her self-named label and showed collections at London and Paris Fashion Week. Each season, her collections center around a strong theme and feature wearable, functional designs. For the project, Siv created a set of three t-shirts in classic white, ecru, and navy polo, which form a tent when the sides are snapped together. Alternatively, each t-shirt can be unsnapped and worn individually. Siv also collaborated with filmmaker Bent Rene Synnevaag, director Alexey Layfurov, and model/actor Daniel Karsen to make a short film for the piece. *Photo used on the index page is model Daniel Karlsen photographed by Bent Rene Synnevaag. | |||
